Karan Johar’s Cinema Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham will be 20 years old on December 14th. Along with the film’s 20th anniversary, comedian Johnny Lever and his son Jesse Lever recreated one of the most important scenes from the family drama in which they originally starred.
The father-son duo made the spectacle where Hrithik Roshan’s charismatic character Rohan goes to Johny Lever and Himani Shivpuri to ask about the location of Rahul’s older brother, played by Shah Rukh Khan. This particular scene had Jesse Lever playing Johnny Lever’s son on screen, Ghasitaram. Sharing the video, Johny Lever wrote: “20 years ago we shot this special scene with @jesse_lever @hrithikroshan @himanishivpuri by #kabhikhushikabhigham Congratulations to @karanjohar ji and the whole team!”
Jesse Lever said the scene will always be special to him, as it was the first time he shared the screen space with his father. «# Haldiramkathodakhiskahai- #ghasitaram. # 20yearsofK3G. Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham was released on December 14, 2001. She starred in a cast of superstars including actors Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Kajol, Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor Khan among others. Over the years, the songs, dialogues and monologues of the film have gained popularity among Internet users.
