Love Again’s Sam Heughan is open to working in Bollywood with Priyanka Chopra | Hollywood

In the rom-com Love Again, Priyanka Chopra stars opposite Sam Heughan. Their characters form a special bond after they start talking to each other on the phone. Recently, Sam revealed that he wouldn’t mind working with Priyanka again and was even open to working with her in a Hindi film. He added that he would have to improve his singing and dancing skills first. Directed by James C. Strouse, the film underperformed in the US in its opening weekend. The rom-com was declared a box office disaster, earning an estimated $2.4 million. However, the film’s budget is only $9 million, so hopefully the loss won’t be too big. The film also stars Celine Dion as herself, Russell Tovey, Celia Imrie and Priyanka’s actor-singer husband Nick Jonas in a cameo.

When asked which other artists from India he would like to work with, Sam told Pinkvilla, “Obviously, I have to learn how to sing and dance.” Priyanka, who was also by his side in the interview, came to his defense and shared, “You don’t need to learn how to sing. We have playback singers for that. A bit of dancing can be allowed. Many of us actors don’t know how to dance, but as long as you have a bit of rhythm, you’re good.”

He added, “I wouldn’t say I have rhythm, but I’m willing to give it, so yeah. Obviously, I’d love to work with a computer again. That’s next, right we’re going to do a Hindi film together.”

The Hollywood film premiered in New York on Wednesday, with the film’s stars and Nick Jonas in attendance. Rajkummar Rao was also in New York to attend the screening of Priyanka’s film. Both had worked together in The White Tiger in 2021. Love Again will hit the Indian theaters on May 12.
