Over the years, we’ve seen Warner Bros.’s DC Animated Universe. Animation adapts many beloved stories while putting new spins on many others. With DC Studios looking to make future animated projects part of the new DCU, the future of this franchise is uncertain, but the “Tomorrowverse” looks set to soar.
Crisis on Infinite Earths is coming in 2024 and while we had heard that the film would be presented in two parts, it seems that it will actually be split into three.
As we mentioned in the beginning Toonado.comanimation director Mike Milo has updated his bio and, as you can see below, he’s showing us Crisis trilogy. As of now, we don’t know if these chapters will premiere in one go as some kind of mega-movie, or if they’ll run into 2024 and beyond.
Speculation continues to run rampant Crisis will bring together nearly every character we’ve ever seen in the DCAU, providing the ultimate crossover before the focus shifts to DC Studios’ upcoming endeavors (the only confirmed animated project right now is Creatures Commandos).
Warner Bros. Animation has yet to comment on whether these details are accurate, so we’d recommend not getting too excited before an official announcement is made. Crisis on Infinite Earths was announced during this year’s San Diego Comic-Con along with what is expected to be a two-parter Guards adjustment.
The story is one that has only been adapted in a few instances, including the CW’s Arrowverse. Before the creation of DC Studios, Warner Bros. planned a live action Crisis movie with a deleted scene after the credits The lightningit is meant to lay the groundwork for it. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.

Crisis on Infinite Earths was a crossover comic book story published by DC Comics in the mid-1989s. The series, written by Marv Wolfman and penciled by George Pérez, ran for 12 issues and stemmed from the former’s desire to leave the DC Multiverse .
Believing that the concept had become too complicated, the writer set out to create a single, unified DC universe.
At the beginning of it Crisis on Infinite Earths, the Anti-Monitor (Monitor’s evil counterpart) is unleashed on the DC Multiverse and begins to destroy the various Earths within it. The Monitor tries to recruit heroes from across the Multiverse, but is murdered, while Brainiac teams up with the villains to conquer the rest of the Ges.
However, both heroes and villains are eventually joined by the Spectre, and the series concludes with Kal-L, Superboy-Prime, and Alexander Luthor Jr. to defeat the Anti-Monitor by creating a single Earth in place of the Multiverse. . Crisis on Infinite Earths is notable for its high death toll. hundreds of characters died, including DC icons Kara Zor-El/Supergirl and Barry Allen/The Flash.
