Shah Rukh Khan and Atlee’s recent movie Jawan emerged as one of the biggest hits Bollywood has ever produced. During a recent chat, the director expressed his aim to cast SRK opposite South Indian superstar Thalapathy Vijay, with both actors playing lead roles.
Atlee wants to bring SRK and Seasickness Vijay together
In a YouTube interview with Gobinath, the director shared how he is serious about bringing both the stars together for a film and is trying hard to find a right subject that would suit both of them.

Will SRK and Thalapathy Vijay work together for Atlee’s film?
According to the reports, Atlee noted that both the action stars are willing to work together for a film and have also expressed their confidence in his ability to complete this project successfully.
Speculations of Thalapathy Vijay making a brief appearance were quashed by Atlee himself in the past of Jawan release. He revealed that he did not want to convince Thalapathy Vijay to team up with King Khan for a mere cameo.
Despite initial doubts, JawanAtlee’s Hindi directorial debut, turned out to be a big hit, giving Shah Rukh Khan his second blockbuster in 2023. The film featured SRK in a father-son dual role, along with Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra and others. great success at the box office.
Before JawanAtlee also collaborated with Thalapathy in three different projects namely Theri, Mersal and Bigil.
Shah Rukh Khan’s work front
Shah Rukh Khan is set to star in his upcoming project named Dunki, directed by Rajkumar Hirani. This film, which is scheduled to hit theaters in December, marks the first collaboration between the actor and the director. Following this, speculations are rife about the possibility of SRK teaming up with his daughter Suhana Khan for a Sujoy Ghosh film, though no official confirmation has been made yet.
