Prabhas is all set for the release of his upcoming film Salaar: Part 1 Ceasefire. The film will see a big clash at the box office with Shah Rukh Khan’s Dhunki. As Adipurush failed to perform well, expectations are high for the upcoming actor. Now, in a promotional interview, director Prashanth Neel reacted to Prabhas’ recent failures at the box office.
The KGF director reacted to Prabhas’ recent box office failures including Om Raut and Radhe Shyam’s Adipurush and said, “Prabhas is a big star. After ‘Baahubali’ he became the biggest star. People are not going to forget something like that. Stars have always been stars. they can have one flop or 20 flops, they just have to hit one. Recently, Shah Rukh Khan showed us that a star is always a star, no doubt about it.
Prabhas is playing the lead role of Salaar in the upcoming film. The film includes Shruti Haasan in the role of the female protagonist. Prithviraj Sukumaran we will be seen in an important role in the film. Jagapathi Babu, Madhu Guruswamy and Easwari Rao play prominent roles in the action entertainer, besides others. The music for the film is composed by Ravi Basrur and the cinematography is handled by Bhuvan Gowda.
Salaar will release worldwide on December 22 in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada and Telugu.
