Fans received a new trailer for Batman during the recent DC Fandome – the first new snapshot since the first trailer was released in August 2020. Although the latest trailer is still fresh, another trailer may be out soon.
As Will Mavity pointed out on Twitter, the Canadian scoreboard was classified as “Trailer 4” for Batman who received a PG rating. The trailer will last 2:27 minutes.
Now, it remains to be seen what exactly the trailer will include. It could just be a remake of the trailer we saw on the DC Fandome and contain no new material. Although Batman will not be released until March 4, 2022, it is no surprise that Warner Bros. will soon start marketing the film.
As Mavity noted, King Richard starring Will Smith is the next big movie on the Warner Bros. slate, which will be released on November 19. This means that a new trailer for the upcoming movie could be available in the coming days.
Warner Bros. has largely kept the plot of the film secret, but according to rumors out there, it will be the first time since the 1990s that The Riddler and The Penguin will return to a live-action film. It will also be Robert Pattinson’s debut as Batman.
At this stage, it seems that Warner Bros. would prefer to wrap the film in a piece of mystery. Although you may not have expected it to show a lot of new footage, then, fans will surely welcome a new trailer for the opportunity to get at least one more idea of what is to follow.
