Before the movie universes became commonplace, the X Men the films broke in the halls. This franchise came to an end with Dark Phoenix, and moviegoers expect the mutants to finally join the MCU in the coming years. So I will X-Men 3Is Kelsey Grammer returning to the role of Beast? Here is the latest.
Beast is a member of the X-Men OG in comics and has been adapted for small and silver screens at times. Kelsey Grammer brought the blue guy to life X-Men 3, but did not return to the role recently. So will it Frasier icon to be a clown? Here is what he said recently,
I would like to do Beast again. Nobody has really told me about this. I think maybe they will try to make another one. I guess they would go, you know, the first is the best.
Well, here it is. Kelsey Grammer looks interesting playing Beast again, if Marvel Studios ever comes. In the end, he really only played Hank McCoy in one play. Although it had a brief appearance at the happy ending of X-Men: Days of Future Past.
Kelsey Grammer’s comments to NJ.com It will definitely excite comic book fans who would love to see Beast return to the big screen. While Nicholas Hoult was playing a newer version of Hank in the last four X Men movies, it is not clear at this time if / how Marvel Studios is doing to approach mutants. A new cast could be assembled or perhaps one of the previous two groups could return to the big screen.
The X-Men prospect of hitting the MCU came when Disney acquired 20th Century Fox and its assets years ago. But Kevin Feige and company keep their papers close to the chest for when / how the favorite team of heroes will return to the big screen. Let’s hope that Beast will be included in the lineup, whenever the mutants eventually join the huge franchise.
While Kelsey Grammer was OG’s live action monster, actor Nicholas Hoult spent the last decade playing Hank McCoy in four different films starting with X-Men: First Class. Therefore, it may be more likely to join the MCU if the studio employs some alums. However, it would be great to see Kelsey Grammer play the blue guy again.
It’s been years since Disney acquired 20th Century Fox, so fans are worried about whether / when characters like X-Men, Fantastic Four and Deadpool will finally join the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Some fans believe that the Scarlet Witch can help mutants come into the universe, but that remains to be seen.
