The Golden Peacock has a cash prize ₹20 lakh for Kaneko and ₹20 lakh for producer Takashi Shiotsuki.
Václav Kadrnka of the Czech Republic wins Silver Peacock for Best Director Saving someone who is dead, while Silver Peacock Best Actor (Male) won by Jitendra Joshi for his performance in Nikhil Mahajan Godavari. Joshi, who is also a co-producer of the Marathi drama, received a cash prize ₹10 λαχ.
Godavari also shared the Silver Peacock for the Commission Special Award with Brazilian actress Renata Carvalho for her performance in Rodrigo de Oliveira’s The First Fallen.
The Silver Peacock for Best Actor (Female) was won by Angela Molina for Charlotte.
