Abhishek Bachchan, in a recent interview, revealed that he has been replaced in movies and was asked to vacate the front row seats at public events. Bob Biswas star said that he understands that it is an inevitable part of being an actor and you should not take it personally.
Abhishek began his acting journey with Refugee. So far he has starred in more than 60 films, with his hits such as Guru, Bunty Aur Babli and Dhoom. Despite the many good performances, Abhishek said that he has been replaced in some films and that he accepts the conditions.
“I have been replaced in the movies. I have been replaced in movies and I have not been told. And I literally showed up on set and someone else is shooting there. And you just had to turn around quietly and leave. I was told they had replaced me in movies. People do not accept your call. And that is, this is normal. Every actor has been through it. “I’ve seen my father go through it,” Abhishek told the Rolling Stones India.
He added that he was asked to leave the front row seat at an event when a bigger star appeared. “I found myself in a situation where I went to a public event and you are forced to sit in the front row and you feel ‘Wow! I did not think they would put me in the front row. Okay nice! ‘ But then a bigger star appears and they say, “Okay, get up, go back,” and you go back. Everything is part of showbiz. You can not take it personally. All you have to do is go home and, before you go to bed, promise yourself that I will work so hard. “I will be so good that they can not, and they will not move me from the front row to the back,” he said.
The actor admitted that his replacement was heartbreaking, but understands that “it is not personal, it is professional”, adding that it is a great reality show.
