Last week, the makers of Gehraiyaan unveiled the trailer of the upcoming film which stars Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday and Dhairya Karwa in leading roles. The film, directed by Shakun Batra, centers around modern day relationships and infidelity.
In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama, Deepika Padukone candidly spoke about a variety of topics. The Gehraiyaan actress rated her several life skills on a scale of one to ten. She rated her driving skills ‘7 or 8’; Cooking ‘8 or 9.’
When asked to rate her dancing skills, Deepika asked her co-star Ananya Panday to help her out. She said, “Her pigeon step is the best for me,” to which Deepika responded, “I am giving myself a 10 on 10 for my pigeon step everyone.”
For singing, Deepika said, “I’d give myself a 4, though my husband will say 10 on 10, but I’ll say maybe 6 or 7.” As a follow-up question she was asked to rate Ranveer as a singer as well, she gave him a 2 out of 10. She also said, “He is a fantastic rapper”.
Meanwhile, Gehraiyaan will be premiering on Amazon Prime on February 11, 2022. She will also be seen in the Hindi remake of The Intern, which will star Amitabh Bachchan, as well as Siddharth Anand’s film Fighter, which will star Hrithik Roshan. She’ll also work on Project K alongside Prabhas and Big B, and she’ll reunite with Shah Rukh Khan for Pathan.
