Recently, fast friends and Bollywood actors Anupam Kher and Anil Kapoor sat down to watch SS Rajamouli blockbuster RRR. Before they saw it, they had a fun discussion which the actors shared on social media.
As they began to watch the film, Kapoor said, “I feel like I’m at St Xavier College, I feel like I’ve gone out on a date.” To which Kher replied: “I would not like to say that.”
Kapoor later asked Kher to praise Thar and also make his publicity, as RRR did: “Khaali RRR ki publicity nai, thori Thar ki bhi (kar do).”
Kher then went on to say what he had in common with the manufacturer: “The audience I have with Mr. Rajamouliwe are all in the 300 crore club. “Kapoor, meanwhile, joked that he was not part of such clubs and would be happy if his films even released 30 crore at the box office, stating: “30 crore, I will be very happy sir. Please give me the blessings, sir.”

Kapoor shared the video with an Instagram caption that read, “Movie Date” after a long time with my friend The Anupam Kher! I watched the amazing #RRR and received some wishes for #Thar & #JugJuggJeeyo from the 300cr club member himself! @anupampkher. “
Anupam reposted Anil’s post on his Instagram handle and wrote: “I went to the theater after many, many years with my best friend @anilskapoor to watch @ssrajamouli #RRR. This hilarious discussion is before the movie. Have Fun & Enjoy. “
Later in the day, Kapoor praised RRR and called SS Rajamouli a “world-class film.” He wrote on Twitter, “I saw #RRR, one of the most entertaining and appealing movies of recent years. Truly a pleasure for all the senses! World class cinema!

Anupam Kher was last seen in the controversial but successful The Kashmir Files. On the other hand, Anil Kapoor is looking forward to the release of his film on Netflix Thar, with his son Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor.
