Jackie Shroff, Mithun Chakraborty, Sanjay Dutt and Sunny Deol are all ready to start together in an upcoming action fun, Baap. The superstars from the 80’s and 90’s have now come out on the floors for the project and share an image from the scenes. However, Sunny is the one missing from the picture. Announcing the project on social media, Jackie Shroff took a photo with Mithun and Sanjay. The announcement of their film comes on Mithun’s 72nd birthday. Earlier, media reports had suggested that Sanjay, Mithun, Jackie and Sunny would be the titles of an upcoming action film directed by Vivek Chauhan. According to information, the film crew will complete its shooting within a month with the program of its marathon, which will take place in several locations. It is believed that they were shooting part of the film in Bombay studios as well. While the developers have not yet officially announced the project, Pinkvilla had reported that Baap is supported by Ahmed Khan in collaboration with Zee Studio.
Mithun Chakraborty was last seen in The Kashmir Files by Vivek Agnihotri. He has a Bengali movie called Projapoti on his kitten. Jackie Shroff, on the other hand, was last seen in Sooryavanshi starring Akshay Kumar. Meanwhile, Sanjay Dutt currently has the success of KGF: Chapter 2, starring Yash. Then we will see him in Shamshera and Khalnayak 2 by Ranbir Kapoor.
Sunny Deol has several projects in the series. In addition to Baap, he will reunite with Ameesha Patel in Gadar 2. He also has Soorya, the Hindi adaptation of Malayalam Joseph’s success. He is also part of Apne 2, with Dharmendra, Bobby Deol and son Karan Deol.
