Laal Singh Chaddha Ticket Collection: Laal Singh Chaddha on Saturday saw marginal growth at the Box office. This was the 3rd day of the Aamir Khan starrer film. The collection growth is due to the weekend factor, according to film critic Taran Adarsh.
However, the three-day collection disappointed the film critics as the Khan film collected just Rs 11.70 crore, Rs 7.26 crore and Rs 9 crore on Thursday, Friday and Saturday respectively. The total collection stood at 27.96 crore in the last three days.
“#LaalSinghChaddha witnesses marginal growth on Day 3 – due to weekend factor – but that’s not enough… We’d have to score in double figures to save the day… 3-day total is well below limit… Thu 11.70 cr, Fri 7.26 cr, Sat 9 cr. Total: ₹ 27.96 cr. #India biz,” tweeted film critic Taran Adarsh.

Unlike the Aamir Khan starrer, Akshay Kumar’s Raksha Bandhan continued to underperform at the Box office even on Day 3. The film which released on a holiday weekend on the same day as the release of ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ , turned out to be a big disappointment.
According to critic Taran, Raksha Bandhan collection shows no recovery on Day 3.
“Raksha Bandhan shows no recovery on Day 3… Remains in same range as Day 2, despite weekend factor… 3-day total is definitely a concern… Needs to gather speed on two big days [Sun-Mon]… Thu 8.20 cr, Fri 6.40 cr, Sat 6.51 cr. Total: ₹ 21.11 Cr. #India biz,” tweeted film critic Taran Adarsh.
