Bollywood actors Vicky Kaushal, Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar are currently making headlines for their recent release Govinda Naam Mera. Apart from director Shashank Khaitan, Kiara is headlining a few projects this year including Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Jugjugg Jeeyo. Sharing her experience of working in these different projects, Kiara Advani called herself a ‘director’s actor’.

Speaking to PTI, Kiara Advani said, “We are not making the film for us but for the audience. We want them to love it and we want each of them to leave smiling, happy and having fun. We just want you to watch it over and over again. If a movie has repeat value, that’s the greatest gift ever.”
Talking about Govinda Naam Mera releasing on the OTT platform, Advani said, “Whether it’s a theatrical release or a digital release… Even when I upload the trailer, there are little butterflies about whether people will like it or not. The first verdict comes from there. The next two weeks are a bit chilly. Push forward, laugh and remember how amazing it was to shoot together.” He further added, “I delivered director Shashank Khaitan’s vision for Govinda Naam Mera.”
Elaborating on her point of view, MS Dhoni The star said, “As an actor, I always try to understand my director’s vision. Ultimately, it’s this one person’s vision. So you have to be in sync with your director.”
I’m referring to Govinda Naam Merathe suspense-comedy was released on Disney+ Hotstar on December 16 and was produced under the banner of Dharma Production.
Coming to the professional front, Kiara is recently wrapping up shooting for an untitled Telugu film directed by S Shankar, co-starring Ram Charan. Apart from this, she will be seen opposite Kartik Aaryan in the romantic drama Satyaprem Ki Katha.
