With the advance booking for the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathan having an unprecedented response, the film also creates new records. The latest feather in its cap is that it has now become the first Hindi film to have an early 8:30 am show. at Hyderabad’s iconic Mukta A2 Ramakrishna Theatre. It is the first time it has happened in its history.

The news is not surprising though just yesterday Bollywood Hungama had reported how Yash Raj Films, its makers Pathanthey are also releasing the film in shows as early as 6 am across India due to unprecedented demand.

Just last week, the Gaiety Cinema in Mumbai, part of the G7 multiplex, decided to screen Pathan at 9 a.m. on the day of its inauguration. It is the first time in the theater’s five-decade history that a film will be screened so early. Manoj Desai, the executive director of G7, told us exclusively that the show in question sold out in no time and if the demand for Pathan increases, it will also screen the film on the Galaxy, which is also part of the G7 multiplex.

Produced by Aditya Chopra for Yash Raj Films, Pathan It also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. The film will hit theaters on January 25.
