Salman Khan fans can’t wait Tiger 3especially after catching a glimpse of their favorite Bhaijaan Pathan. Readers will know that YRF head honcho Aditya Chopra is creating an ambitious universe of spies and superstars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan are part of this world. Talking about the upcoming Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Emraan Hashmi film, writer Shridhar Raghavan also talked about maintaining continuity in the franchise.

In an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, Shridhar Raghavan asserted how Aditya Chopra has big plans for the spy universe. On the other hand, while taking us on a journey into Tiger’s world, he also assured that fans can expect a lot more from the character in the third installment. He said, “It was written two years ago. You can expect more and better than what people liked Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai. I think the fans are going to love what we made. It’s a good… solid rock movie.”
He went on to add, “It’s something done by Maneesh and Adi Sir. It was the same person inside Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai – You didn’t feel disconnected with the character in those two films and this is a continuation of that. We kept the consistency but also brought in a lot of new elements, which I think would work well. Andy sir will kill me if I talk more about it.’
In the same interview, though he did not reveal details, Shridhar also mentioned that YRF Spy Universe is expected to have a lot more characters. While the crossover of Tiger, Pathaan and Kabir characters is obvious, the writer also hinted at the possibility of more actors, including the younger generation, joining the universe. Moreover, he also talked about how Aditya Chopra aims to eliminate language barriers in the Spy Universe. Is this another hint of YRF universe with non-Bollywood actors or possibly south superstars? Our guess is as good as yours!
Talking about Tiger 3Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif will reprise the role of spies Tiger and Zoya while Emraan Hashmi is the antagonist. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, the film will also star Shah Rukh Khan in a film as Pathaan, going spy universe crossover.
