Horror fans have been left on the edge of their seats over the ‘haunted’ horror film Huesera: The Bone Woman.

Some viewers said they “couldn’t breathe” while watching the Mexican film, which follows a pregnant woman who finds herself threatened by occult forces.

The film tells the story of Valeria (Natalia Solián) who has long dreamed of becoming a mother.

However, her dream quickly turns into a nightmare after she is cursed by a supernatural entity.

The trailer sees Valeria saying she’s “glad” to be pregnant before an elderly woman tells her: “Just kidding, you’re not a kid.”
