Guardians OF THE GALAXY VOL.3 – May 3
The gang returns for the trilogy closer, which sees the Guardians trying to reunite with Gamora (Zoe Saldana), while also battling Adam Warlock (Will Poulter) and the High Evolutionary (Chukwudi Iwuji), who have a direct connection to Rocket’s (Bradley Cooper) tragic past. This powerful Irish drama follows Cian (Éanna Hardwicke), a young Gaelic footballer struggling to come to terms with a career-ending injury following an attack on a night out. He is trying to find his own identity in a small town where Gaelic football is a religion and identity is defined by what you can do on the pitch.
LOVE AGAIN – May 10
Priyanka Chopra Jonas stars in this rom-com-dram about a woman still grieving the loss of her partner by sending texts to his old phone number, unaware that a man (Sam Heughan) is receiving them, who also happens to work with Celine. Dion (playing herself) and asks her superstar singer to help him find this mysterious woman.

FAST X – May 19
Jason Momoa and Brie Larson join the swelling ranks of the Fast & Fury verse, this time involving blowing up the Vatican (!?) and driving down the side of the Hoover Dam (!?!?). These movies are crazy and we love them and they belong on the biggest movie screen imaginable.

I CAN BE AFRAID – May 19
The director of modern horror classics Hereditary and Midsommar sends Oscar winner Joaquin Phoenix into the ultimate anxiety attack in this comedy-horror hybrid about a man who lives in constant fear of disappointing others. One of the weirdest movies you’ll ever see, but it’s also three hours long, so brace yourself.
SISU – May 26
This WWII action flick is already drawing comparisons to both Rambo and John Wick thanks to its absolutely vicious action scenes. And in direct contrast to the film above, it’s 91 minutes long.

THE LITTLE MERMAID – May 26
Rob Marshall (Chicago, Mary Poppins Returns) directs this live-action adaptation of the much-loved fairy tale, with mermaid Ariel (Halle Bailey) dreaming of being able to live on dry land. Javier Bardem, Daveed Diggs, Awkwafina, Jacob Tremblay and Melissa McCarthy round out the impressive supporting cast.
HYPNOTIC – May 26
Ben Affleck plays a detective who investigates a series of robberies carried out by a criminal using hypnosis, but the reasons behind the crimes may have a much deeper connection than anyone realizes. From director Robert Rodriguez (Alita Battle Angel, Desperado).
