A new video from a famous couple Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, at the Vrindavan ashram they recently visited, has been shared online. Their daughter, Vamika, also appears in the video. But whoever shared the edited video also made sure to hide Vamika’s face.
Earlier this week, the first images of the couple at Vrindavan’s Baba Neem Karoli ashram were shared online. The couple had also visited the ashram’s branch in Uttarakhand last year, before heading to the UAE to ring in the New Year. The pictures showed Virat posing with fans.
The new video shows Anushka and Virat sitting on the floor, hands joined in prayer. Anushka has her head covered with a scarf, and later, a man approaches them and blesses Vamika with a garland. They get up after bowing and Virat grabs Vamika in his arms.
A report by India Today said that the couple spent an hour at the ashram and avoided paparazzi present at the location. The report also said that they gave wool to the ashram.
Anushka has been on an extended acting sabbatical for over four years. She was last seen in the film Zero, opposite Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. He appeared for a cameo in the recently released Netflix film Qala, which he also produced. She will be making her comeback to lead roles with the upcoming sports drama Chakda XPress, in which she plays cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The film will be released on Netflix.
