Christopher Reeve and Adam West they return to put on their respective capes in the “Flash” movie – that is, if you believe possible leaks … that have burned down the DC internet.
Rumors are circulating this week about alleged cameos that both Reeve and West – who, of course, are dead – are said to have in the new WB offering … which is now scheduled for release next summer after a lot of stir Recently.

According to movie thieves – some of whom have reputable agents because they know these comics – the word is … CR and AW are going to be shown in a scene where Barry Allen (The Flash) travels to various superhero universes.
Obviously, you only see them for a while … and the Flash character does not interact with them either, but rather … sees them in action in their own worlds / timelines.
The rumored cameos are said to come from old archived footage – so, no, they do not do all the new content / dialogue / scenes with these late actors through deep fake CGI… or so it seems. Oh, and they are not the only DC OGs that obviously appear … Linda Carter as Wonder Woman is also expected to appear in her prime – at least according to these people.
Different parts of the movie have been shown a few times now – they’re in the box at this point – so get it all with a little salt … Warner could change things up by 2023.
There is also the question of what this film might mean and all its implications for DCEU in the long run. Beyond Ezra Miller‘small controversiesthere have been reports that Discovery Honchos may want to review their entire superhero strategy from now on.
With all this in mind… we would not recommend getting too excited about any of the plot lines, character teasing or mixing and matching of universes that may result from this movie when it is released – e.g. Michael Keatonretaliation, or possible return of Cavill, etc.
It sounds like there is no clear vision yet, as the new Warner Bros. Discovery starts here … so all or all of this could be deleted or restarted completely – and it could all be in vain.
But with the prospect of seeing West and Reeve back on the big screen in costumes … neatly!
