Lady Superstar Nayanthara, who has never worked in a Hindi film or released any Hindi film, will soon be seen in the Hindi version of the horror film Connect. Looking at ate her huge fan base in the northern region of India, the makers of her upcoming film I’m connecting they are releasing the film in Hindi, exactly a week after the release of its Tamil version. Starring Nayanthara, Sathyaraj, Anupam Kher and Vinay Rai, the film is a horror thriller.

Releasing on December 30 in Hindi, its makers I’m connecting released its Hindi trailer. Directed by Ashwin Saravan, I’m connecting is an edge of the seat horror thriller. The trailer of the film shows a happy family stuck in different locations due to the pandemic that has hit the world. But it is not only the pandemic that has stressed the family.
Nayanthara plays the mother of a teenage daughter, while Vinay plays her husband, Sathyaraj her father and Anupam Kher plays a Mumbai-based priest. Nayanthara’s character gets stuck with her daughter in their house, the daughter uses the Ouija board to invite a spirit she wants to meet but ends up bringing some other spirit. Nayanthara realizes that her daughter is possessed and has to deal with the situation alone. Anupam, who plays the priest, suggests that the girl should be exorcised. The rest of the film is about Nayanthara’s efforts to save her daughter.
It seems that the movie received a great response from all over the world and now the makers have decided to release the Hindi version.
It is Ashwin Saravanan’s second collaboration with Nayanthara, after Yeast. Produced by Nayanthara’s husband Vignesh Shivan under Rowdy Pictures, I’m connecting directed by Ashwin Saravanan. The film is written by Ashwin Saravanan and Kaavya Ramkumar and is slated to release on December 30, 2022.
