UFC Superstar Conor McGregor has given his fans a little taste of what they can expect when he appears on Motel movie remake.
McGregor will star alongside Jake Gyllenhaal in Motela remake of the 1989 Hollywood classic. The film’s release date is yet to be announced as filming is currently in production.
This will be McGregor’s first appearance on the big screen after a successful venture Proper 12 Irish Whiskey and other properties. He’s also eyeing a UFC return later this year, possibly vs Michael Chandler or other top name.
Motel is an action film that tells the story of a bar in Missouri that is besieged by a corrupt businessman. The 1989 original starred Patrick Swayze and Kelly Lynch, to name a few.
Ahead of his Hollywood showcase, McGregor teased what his character will look like in the film.

In recent tweetMcGregor shared some behind-the-scenes photos of his Hollywood debut.
“The Mac. The Movies,” McGregor tweeted.
Fight fans are also looking forward to McGregor’s return to the Octagon. He has not competed since the loss Dustin Poirier at UFC 264, a fight in which he suffered a nasty leg injury near the end of the first round.
McGregor has stepped up for his Motel role as well as his future in MMA. He is eyeing a return to the UFC at middleweight and has teased potential bouts with Chandler and Kamaru Usman.
McGregor produced a documentary about his rise in the UFC, titled Conor McGregor: Notoriouswhich was released in 2017. The documentary gave behind-the-scenes looks at his struggles with Nate Diaz and won his featherweight title against José Aldo
McGregor is expected to have a busy 2023 in and out of the Octagon and has already shown that he is fully invested in promoting his upcoming film.
