Deepika Padukone recently unveiled her plan to have a therapist on set in the coming years.
Speaking to Fashion magazine, the RamLeela The actress, who is an ardent supporter of mental health, revealed it during the shooting for Chhapaakshe would bring a therapist to the plate.
“There were days when I had a panic attack or I felt claustrophobic. “It was not easy to carry the feeling that came from writing in Malta for so many months,” the Bollywood diva explained.

“In the coming years, I personally hope to have a therapist present on the set. “We have a doctor on the plate, so I do not understand why we can not have a mental health professional,” he said in the post.

He believes that cinema is a “powerful medium of understanding” and, therefore, “we should offer the same sincerity and authenticity to characters with mental illness as we do to CVs,” said the Bollywood beauty.
