Bollywood is experiencing some changes in the trend of its hero-centric films and is exploring some incredible stories lately. More and more movies are focusing on bold and wild female characters that inspire women to follow their dreams. Taapsee Pannu, together with the production company Outsiders Films, is now going to bring a whole new story, entitled Duck Duck, which will see the interesting characters of Dia Mirza, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Sanjana Sanghi and Ratna Pathak Shah embark on a motorcycle trip to the Himalayas. For the upcoming film, Taapsee Pannu also joined forces with Viacom 18, which was a huge part of her career.
Considering Instagram, the cast of the film took a first look at the upcoming film Duck Duck through their Instagram controls. The photo showed the four actors posing on their motorcycles while dressed in various ensembles. Dia Mirza appeared to be wearing a Burkha, while Sanjana Sanghi had a modern look. The Deal Behara The star wore a denim jacket over a yellow top and combined them with gray jeans. Ratna Pathak Shah wore a salwar suit and Fatima Sana Shaikh chose a t-shirt and shorts.
The first look of the film described how its plot would revolve around four women of different age groups, coming from different backgrounds and having the same goal. Sharing the photo, Dia Mirza wrote: “So excited about this new trip.” She further explained how the four women in the film will embark on a life-changing journey as they ride their motorcycles to the highest motorcycle fold in the world. She wrote: “Join the journey of a lifetime with Duck Duck as four women ride the highest motorbike in the world on an exciting journey of self-discovery!”
Many Bollywood celebrities wished the actor the best for the new venture. While Sophie Choudry was sending them her love, Neha Dhupia wrote: “All the best.”
