Acclaimed animator Don Herzfeld teases a potentially huge collaboration for his upcoming film, Me.
In a recent tweet stating that another Twitter user mentioned a report stating that Ari Aster could be producing Hertzfeldt's new film, the creator simply responded with a zipper mouth emoji. This quickly sent fans into a frenzy, with many speculating about what a collaboration between the two could mean.
At the moment, nothing is known about the upcoming film, although Hertzfeldt joked last year that it would “finally” come next year. Hertzfeldt's latest film, World of Tomorrow – Episode Three: The Absent Destinations of David Prime, was released in 2020 and was the third film in the World of Tomorrow series.
