Actress Sara Ali Khan is preparing for the release of her film Atrangi Re. The film is directed by Aanand L. Rai and also stars Southern superstars Dhanush and Akshay Kumar in the lead roles. The film also marks the first collaboration between Aanand L. Rai and Sara Ali Khan.
Sara has often expressed her gratitude for working with Aanand. Recently, the actress got an exclusive interview Bollywood Hungama and talked extensively about working with the ace director. He revealed that he had low self-esteem afterwardsI love Aaj Kal 2 box office performance and how Aanand helped her win again.
Speaking about how the film happened to her through Aanand, Sara revealed: “When Aanand L Rai met me at a screening and told me he wanted to direct me. Only then, I was excluded because Aanand L Rai is the director that any heroine would die to work with her because he presents his wives so beautifully that it would be a dream come true for anyone. “I felt for it, it just happened.”
Later, she expressed her feelings about working with Aanand and how she helped her become an actress with more confidence. Sarah said, “Great! I think his time is also very important. Atrangi Re came to me immediately after its release Love Aaj Kal 2 who did not get much love from the public. After 2 weeks from I love Aaj Kal, I was on his plate Atrangi Re and my self-confidence was not so high. “Anand Ji taught me how to be confident, Anand Ji taught me how to love myself, Aanad Ji taught me how to love my character, Aanad gave me a new opportunity when I needed it most.”
He added, “Anand Ji taught me not to carry the baggage of failure or success with me and to be there right now and go out and play on the front leg and do the best I can. knowing well your dialect and dialogue but also to be present at this moment and to react to what is the environment “.
