As Chup: The Revenge of the Artist which released this weekend, the film has managed to receive a positive response from both audiences and critics. Interestingly, before the film’s release, the venture’s star Shreya Dhanwanthary spoke exclusively about the criticism and social media trolls with Bollywood Hungama. She claims, “I think The Family Guy is what brought me to a lot of people’s attention, which I think set the stage for me to get the scam. So it was a nice turn of events and Scam 92 took the nation by storm.
The 34-year-old actress further explains, “Well, I think the fact that people saw it and loved it so much and associated it with Suchita Dalal and the whole show, I think it helped every person who was associated with the show. , both behind the screens and in front of her.”
Talking about Sup, the psycho-thriller also stars Dulquer Salmaan and Sunny Deol in the R Balki directorial. The film was released on September 23.
