Father’s Day is special! The creators of “Thiruchitambalam” share a new look from the movie | Tamil movie news

Dhanush was last seen in the movie “Maaran” released on OTT. He is now waiting for the release of his next film “Thiruchitramabalam”, which will be released in cinemas on August 18. Sharing a taste of the film, director Mithran Jawahar shared a special video for Father’s Day on Twitter on June 19. The video includes a phone call between Bharathiraja and Dhanush, where Bharathiraja, who plays Dhanush’s grandfather in the film, tries to persuade his grandson to buy him alcohol.

“Thiruchitrambalam” features Dhanush, Raashi Khanna, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Nithya Menen, Prakash Raj and Bharathiraja. The music for the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The roles and characters played by the actors and actresses were revealed last week on social media by filmmakers.

This is the fourth film that director and actor have collaborated. Mithran previously directed Dhanush in “Kutty”, “Utthamaputhiran” and “Yaaradi Nee Mohini”. Dhanush’s last four films have all been released on OTT and fans are now looking forward to celebrating the actor on the big screens and waiting for the release of “Thiruchitramabalam”. The film was originally scheduled for release on July 1st and has now been postponed to August 18th.
