The first trailer has been released for the Netflix comedy Incoming, starring It’s always sunny in PhiladelphiaKaitlin Olson.
From writers and producers Dave and John Chernin (who also worked on It’s Always Sunny), the film also stars Black Phone’s Mason Thames alongside Ant-Man’s Bobby Cannavale.
Bardia Seiri (Grey’s Anatomy), Ramon Reed (Just Roll with It) and Raphael Alejandro (Acapulco) also star, along with Scott MacArthur, Isabella Ferreira, Ali Gallo and Loren Gray.

The comedy will be released on the streaming service on August 23.
“Incoming is the story of one night in the life of a group of high school freshmen, the party they crash, and the chaos that ensues,” writes Netflix. From the trailer, this party looks pretty crazy.
It follows teenagers as they go to their first high school party while facing an identity crisis based on their social status.
A particularly funny moment comes at the end of the trailer and involves singer and TikTok star Lauren Gray playing a drunken partygoer who demands to be taken to a Taco Bell.
The Chernin brothers based it on a party their next-door neighbor threw when they were kids.

“I remember me and Dave sitting by a window with the lights off looking out into the backyard at this crazy high school party next door, thinking this is the craziest thing I’ve ever seen,” John said. Netflix’s Tudum.
Reminiscent of ’80s coming-of-age films like Fast Times at Ridgemont High and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, the Chernins wanted to create something for today’s generation.
“This is the type of film that hasn’t come out in a while,” Dave said. “I always felt there was one of them per generation. It was a silly thing that precious laughter above all that I think he really wanted to see, more than anything else.”
Incoming lands on Netflix on August 23rd.
