Film producer Guneet Monga took to Instagram and shared pictures of her mehendi and sangeet ceremony. She will marry her fiance Sunny Kapoor on December 12, 2022. The couple hosted the sangeet and mehndi night at Guneet’s Mumbai residence on Saturday. Guneet shared happy pictures with her husband actor Sanya Malhotra, leader Vikas Khanna among others. In the photo series, Guneet and Sunny twinned in green outfits. Guneet wore a long green suit with a pink dupatta. Accessorize her look with heavy earrings and necklaces. She kept her hair tied. Sunny was wearing a green kurta with white pajama. Guneet posed with Sunny showing off her mehendi design. Both were all smiles in the picture. In one of the images, Sanya Malhotra struck a candid pose while dancing with Guneet. In another picture, Sunny and Guneet posed with Vikas Khanna. They all smiled and looked directly into the camera.
Sharing the pictures on Instagram, Guneet wrote, “About last night. Brb is getting married. | Shagan and Mehendi | Day 1 #GunSung. Actors Neena Gupta wrote, “Beautiful” and Ankush Bahuguna commented, “Big fat congratulations.” Digital creator Dolly Singh wrote, “Uff adorable.” Actors Neha Dhupia, Aisha Ahmed and producer Ekta Kapoor dropped heart emojis on the pictures.
Reacting to the post, one of Guneet’s fans wrote, “Dear Guneet… I wish that smile on your face and the sparkle in your eyes remains intact year after year.” Another commented: “Congratulations mum.” Others wrote, “Haye Alexa! play din shagna da song.”
Guneet and Sunny’s wedding is set to take place on December 12 in a Sikh Anand Karaj ceremony. Recently, she revealed how she was looking for her Raj after watching Shah Rukh KhanDilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and now finally getting married at 39.
Guneet is the founder of her production house named Sikhya Entertainment and has been associated with films like Gangs of Wasseypur – Part 1 and Part 2, Peddlers, The Lunchbox, Masaan and Pagglait.
