Janhvi Kapoor has had quite an interesting 2022 with two back-to-back films. While her first crime black comedy film Good Luck Jerry had premiered on a popular OTT platform, Mili’s second film was an official Hindi remake of the acclaimed Malayalam film Helen. When Janhvi isn’t slaying in theaters, she’s setting Instagram on fire with her goofy social media posts. Following this trajectory, the actress once again left us begging for mercy.
On Friday, the actress took to her Instagram handle to share a series of photos from one of her photo shoots. Janhvi can be seen flaunting a shiny brown saree in her sunny avatar. She also added to her look with an exquisite nose ring. Leaving her hair loose and shiny, the actress looked gorgeous in glam makeup as she struck various poses for the camera in the golden hour light. She kept her caption brief with a ‘diya(lamp)’ emoji. The post drew backlash from many, including her rumored boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya.
Mesmerized by the photos, Shikhar Pahariya left a heart emoji. Anshula Kapoor retorted, “Boooo (with fire emoji).” Singer Antara Mitra wrote, “Very amazing!” Kanika Dhillon commented, “Wow!!”. On the professional front, following the suit of unconventional character essays, Janhvi Kapoor along with her co-star Rajkummar Rao will be seen playing a cricketer in Mr. and Mrs. Mahi. Apart from Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, the film will also star Abhishek Banerjee, Kumud Mishra, Zarina Wahab, Rajesh Sharma and many others. The film will be based on the life of the ex India captain and cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni; In the film, Rajkummar will play the role of Mahendra while Janhvi plays Mahima. The actress also has Nitesh Tiwari’s Bawaal with Varun Dhawan under her kitty.
