Batman’s son is set to bring the holiday cheer this year in a new animated film titled Happy Little Batman.
Taking to Twitter/XPrime Video has confirmed that the family action comedy will be moving to the streaming service December 8just in time for Christmas.
Directed by Mike Roth, Happy Little Batman will take us over one Home Alone-style adventure with young Damian Wayne.

Left alone at Wayne Manor on Christmas Eve, Damian must transform into ‘Little Batman’ to defend his home against a host of Gotham City villains and save Christmas.
Happy Little Batman is one of three DC animated projects acquired by Prime Video, the others being Bat-Family and Batman: Caped Crusader.
Bat-Family it is one Happy Little Batman spin-off series that will pick up after the events of the holiday film, which follows batman, Alfred Pennyworth and Damian as they navigate life as a super-family at Wayne Manor.

In the meantime, Batman: Caped Crusader will reinvent the character and his lore with “sophisticated storytelling, nuanced characters and intense action sequences, all set in a visually stunning world.”
The series has been ordered for two seasons and is executive produced by Bruce Timm, JJ Abrams and Matt Reeves.
“Batman: The Animated Series helped pioneer the evolution of superhero storytelling and defined the Dark Knight for a generation,” said Vernon Sanders, head of television, Amazon and MGM Studios.
“Batman: Caped Crusader will undoubtedly continue this tradition and, in parallel Happy Little Batman and Bat-FamilyWe are thrilled to be working with Warner Bros. Animation to offer a variety of downloads Batman legends to our global Prime Video customers.”
Happy Little Batman premieres December 8 on Prime Video. Bat-Family and Batman: Caped Crusader have yet to receive release dates.
