Wes Anderson’s latest work hits Hulu this week.
From Tuesday 25 October the streaming service will be added The French mission in its available content. Anderson wrote and directed the film from a story by Anderson, Roman Coppola, Jason Schwartzman and Hugo Guinness. The film is independently financed by billionaire Steve Rales of Indian Paintbrush, who regularly supports Anderson’s projects. Described as a love letter to journalists, The French mission brings to life a collection of stories from the latest issue of an American magazine published in a fictional French town in the 20th century.
The A-List ensemble includes Oscar winners Frances McDormand, Benicio Del Toro, Adrien Brody and Tilda Swinton along with Oscar nominees Timothée Chalamet, Bill Murray and Owen Wilson. Léa Seydoux, Lyna Khoudri, Jeffrey Wright, Mathieu Amalric and Stephen Park also star in the film alongside Liev Schreiber, Elisabeth Moss, Edward Norton, Willem Dafoe, Lois Smith, Saoirse Ronan, Christoph Waltz, Anjelica Huston, Jason Schwartz. Henry Winkler and many more.
