Actor Rajpal Yadav shared his first appearance from the movie Ardh, where he plays a trance. In the poster, Rajpal Yadav is wearing an orange saree and has flowers in his hair. The film also stars Rubina Dilaik, Hiten Tejwani and Kulbhushan Kharbanda.

According to speculation, Rajpal Yadav will play a transsexual who has come to Mumbai to become a hero. Rubina and Hiten will play his supportive friends. The film will be released on OTT.
Ardh marks the directorial debut of composer Palash Muchhal. He has also written the script. Speaking of Rubina Dilaik boarding, the director had previously mentioned how he hit 50 girls to play the role. In an interview with ETimes, Palash said she did well on her screen test and also remembered her role in Choti Bahu and decided on it after drawing conclusions from it. “Yes, I had seen it on Bigg Boss 14, but I did not see it much, but many of my family members watched it passionately.”
