Riverdale Cole Sprouse’s new Frankenstein movie has confirmed its UK release date.
Titled Lisa Frankensteinthe new film, in which Sprouse co-stars Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumaniaby Kathryn Newton and The Haunting of Hill House star Carla Guginodue to be released in the UK and Ireland on March 22, 2024.
“Zelda Williams” Lisa Frankensteinstarring Kathryn Newton, Carla Gugino and Cole Sprouse, is out on March 22 in the UK and Ireland,” Digital Cinema Media’s Tom Linay wrote to Xformerly Twitter.
This means that fans of the films in the UK and Ireland will have more than a month to wait than fans in the US, where the horror comedy will be released on February 9, 2024.

Based on Mary Shelley’s classic novel Frankenstein, Lisa Frankenstein marks the feature film debut of director Zelda Williams – daughter of the late Robin Williams.
Set in 1989, the upcoming film follows an unpopular high school girl named Lisa who accidentally brings the corpse of a young Victorian man back to life during a storm. Using a tanning bed in her garage, Lisa then tries to turn the reanimated corpse into the man of her dreams.
Late last month, fans were treated to an exciting treat first trailer for the film which is written by Hera and Jennifer’s body author Diablo Cody.

The film also marks Sprouse’s return to screens after saying a final goodbye to his family Riverdale character Jughead Jones in August.
Talking about the Netflix show endscreator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa said: “When we were renewed for Season 7, although we weren’t told at the time that it would be our last season, I think we all felt that it might be.
“When [The CW CEO Mark Pedowitz] and I talked about it… it was bittersweet. That said, we’re so proud of the run we’ve had and the call came as we were working on the final episode of Season 6.”
