Shah Rukh Khan added another page to the record books with his latest release ‘Jawan’. Atlee’s action-packed directorial hit a remarkable new milestone on Thursday when it crossed the $16 million mark in the UAE booking office. With this, Jawan it is now the first Indian film to achieve this in the Middle East.
“Jawan”, which released almost a month ago, continues to captivate the audience, keeping the box office relentless. The blockbuster success of the film is not limited to its home base in India but has made its mark in the international markets.

The makers of the film shared a gorgeous new poster to make the official announcement on social media. Sharing a new poster of Shah Rukh, they wrote: “#Jawan becomes 1st film to cross $16 million in Middle East and emerges as #1 Indian Film.”

The success of the action film has raised hopes for the success of Shah Rukh’s next film ‘Dunki’ which hits theaters in December. The film is directed by Rajkumar Hirani.

Released in theaters worldwide on September 7, 2023, ‘Jawan’ had a big release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
