Actress Malvika Mohanan, who is about to make her Bollywood debut with the upcoming film Yudhra, took to Instagram and shared photos of her bruised body. The actor in the caption explained that he was injured while shooting for some action-packed action sequences from the movie. Malvika Mohanan will star alongside Siddhanth Chaturvedi.
As well as when Malvika posted photos from the set showing her bruises, she was teased by Siddhant co-star. The film, which is sponsored by Ritesh Sidhwani under Excel Entertainment, was released in August. Yuthra directed by Ravi Udyawar, who has previously directed Sridevi’s two National Award-winning films MUM. The script of the film, which is advertised as a film with hardcore street fights, melee battles and enhanced action sequences, is a script for the young adult audience.
The quirky but enchanting poster of Siddhant and Malavika as the first appearance of this long-awaited film was unveiled earlier this year. The film is set to hit theaters in 2022. Earlier, the actor shared a video of his boxing story on Instagram and showed off his boxing skills as he prepared for his role in the upcoming action film Yuthra. Siddhant shared his movie poster and wrote “Karne Sabka Game Over! Aa raha hai #YUDHRA”.
Meanwhile, on the work front, the actor recently appeared in the sequel to the hit movie Bunty Aur Babli 2 next to Rani Mukerji, Saif Ali Khan and debutant Sharvari. Other than that, the Gully Boy actor we will also see in Bhoot Phone opposite Ishaan Khatter and Katrina Kaif. She also has Shakun Batra’s next untitled film with Deepika Padukone and Ananya Panday.
In February of this year, the creators released a video while presenting the characters of the film. The video has Siddhant as the angry young man, while Malavika’s co-star appears to be a girl in distress. While the video reveals little, it gives you a sense of impending danger and the promise of an exciting adventure. The film will mark the first joint work of Malvika and Siddhant.
