Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh’s much-awaited film ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’, directed by RS Prasanna, has already created a buzz on social media. Fans, who were already excited by the updates and eagerly awaiting the film, were recently excited to learn that the shooting has been completed.
Director RS Prasanna took to his Instagram stories and shared pictures announcing the end of the film. In one of the images, we can see a cake with a clapboard of the film made on it. The text reads the title of the film with ‘It’s a wrap’ written on it.
The director also shared pictures with Genelia Deshmukh, who plays an important role in the film. In one of the photos, the two are seen beaming bright smiles at the camera. In another, the ‘Ved’ actress is seen posing for a cute picture with the director.
Sharing the photos, Prasanna wrote, “What an absolute treat for a human @geneliad. You are a treasure my friend,” accompanied by a red heart emoji. Genelia replied: “Dearest person. Lucky to have a director like you Prasanna,” accompanied by a green heart emoji, adding: “Always so grateful.”
Recently, Aamir also shed light on his upcoming venture ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’. The actor revealed that the film is expected to be released by Christmas. He added, “The same amount that ‘Taare Zameen Par’ has made you cry, ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ will make you laugh.” Directed by Aamir Khan, ‘Taare Zameen Par’ dealt with the lesser known condition of dyslexia and his next film ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ will reportedly revolve around Down syndrome.
The movie ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ will hit the theaters on Christmas 2024.
