Veteran director Subhash Ghai says he has completed writing the script for his next play, “Salakhe.”
Without giving too many details about the cast of the film, Ghai said: “It’s a thrilling action-packed drama set in a prison and going to the Mukta Arts floor soon.”
Subhash Ghai added, “I’m excited about ‘Salakhe’ and I hope the film gets the same love for my work so far.”
Director Subhash Ghai’s latest release was “36 Farmhouse” which completed 100 days today and was released on Zee5.
Earlier, while talking about his debut as a composer at the age of 76 with his film “36 Farmhouse”, the director said: “When I was finishing the story of the film (’36 Farmhouse’), I thought I had to create a song for this. So I got some help from Whistling Woods International students and created two songs from scratch. The idea was to see if I could become a composer as well. “As artists, I feel we always have to grow up and see what we can do with our potential.”
Subhash Ghai added, “So that was my attempt to rediscover myself as a composer. “When the songs come out, you can all tell me how I did.”
