Sara Ali Khan has stunned her walk on the famous Cannes Film Festival red carpets and every look she has worn has made our heads turn. From reflecting on her culture and values on day one to channeling her grandmother Sharmila Tagore through her clothes, this Pataudi princess has represented India abroad with great grace.

In an interview, when Sara Ali Khan was asked if she ever aspires to have her film there, she said “100 percent. I definitely think so, it’s also a bit of a reality show and why I think the media back home has spoiled me a bit. So suddenly you realize how small a fish you are and what is not even a pond is literally a sea. And how much further you have to go, how much you have to push the boundaries, keep learning, keep growing. I mean I’m not even one fifteenth of the way I’d ideally like to go. I would love to do this kind of meaningful work in cinema, to represent my country in a way that my film will be here one day, that would be the dream.”

Furthermore, talking about what she craves most as an actor, she says “I think I’ve been lucky in terms of flexibility. You know I just finished Ae Watan Mere Watan and Murder Mubarak within a week of each other. One is directed by Homi where I am like a modern Delhi girl. And in one I have been a freedom fighter since 1942. So I think I have been given opportunities, I just hope that I can be given more and more of them. I crave meaty roles, I crave working with directors I can learn from, and I crave getting better and better.”

Recently, the trailer of Sara Ali Khan’s Zara Hatke Zara Bachke was released and her chemistry with Vicky Kaushal was appreciated by the audience. The latest romantic songs from the movie ‘Phir Aur Kya Chahiye’ and ‘Tere Vaaste’ are loved and loved by the listeners and the makers are looking forward to see more of Sara Ali Khan with Vicky.
