actor James Bond Léa Seydoux is releasing a new film and has officially confirmed its release in the UK after it premiered on this year’s Venice Film Festival.
Seydoux stars in The Beast alongside 1917 actor George MacKay. The film played at the Venice Film Festival and was well received. The film was then sold to all major markets by distribution companies. Vertigo Releasing will release the film in the UK.
The film, directed by Bertrand Bonello, is a dystopian romantic drama about Seydoux’s Gabrielle, where she is told that she must clean up her DNA to heal past traumas and secure her future with a job.

In the process, Gabrielle visits past lives and memories from 1910 to 2014, during which she meets Louis McKay, her former love. Their love transcends time and space, but Gabrielle begins to sense that something sinister is about to happen.
MacKay is best known for his role in 1917, while Seydoux played Dr Madeleine Swann in the two most recent Bond films, Specter and There is no time for death. In the final film, Swann was revealed to be the mother of Bond’s daughter.
Last year, Seydoux has spoken about a possible return to the James Bond franchisestating, “After all, I’m not dead. James died, not Madeline. So, who knows? Maybe I’ll come back.”

He continued: “This is like fake news, isn’t it? But if we talk about it for a minute, Madeleine walks away with her daughter right at the end because James has saved them. There will be a new Bond because Daniel’s Bond is dead but who’s to say that won’t Madeleine come back?’
Seydoux was close to starring in another franchise as it had a role the X-Men spin-off Gambit, which was later cancelled.
