The Quintessential Quintuplets is sharing a new movie poster

The Quintessential Five will be back for a full-length feature film release very soon and shared a new poster to celebrate! It’s been a few years since Negi Haruba finished the original manga series of the series (not long before the premiere of the second anime season, actually), so fans are wondering how the anime adaptation would handle the grand finale. With the second season of the series bringing it all so much closer, there were all sorts of questions about whether the anime would continue or not. We will soon see all this completed with a new feature film.

Instead of continuing with a traditional third season, The Quintessential Five will return for a brand new feature film that will be the finale to the franchise anime as a whole. Released May 20 in theaters across Japan, The Quintessential FiveThe new film is scheduled to run for 130 minutes in total. It has not yet been revealed what else fans can expect from the film’s story, but fans can now see a new poster with the crystals coming back. You can check it below:

The Quintessential Five The film will be produced by Bibury Animation Studios once again after their work with the second season, and will have a cast that will return. Details of the production staff or specific story teasing have not yet been revealed as of this writing, nor are there any official international release plans for the new film yet. Describing the series as such, “Uesugi Fuutarou, a sophomore from a poor family, receives an extremely attractive offer to work part-time as a teacher … but his students turn out to be girls in his class!
