Bollywood actors Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor will all be appearing together for the first time in Nitesh Tiwari’s upcoming feature film “Bawaal,” the producers announced on Wednesday. Backed by the banner of producer Sajid Nadiadwala, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, the film is said to be a love story.
Via Twitter, the production company shared the news of the new film, which will be released in theaters across the country on April 7, 2023.

“Bawaal” marks the second collaboration between Tiwari and Nadiadwala as they had previously collaborated on the 2019 film “Chhichhore”, which had won the National Feature Film Award for Best Feature Film in 2021.
The 34-year-old Dhawan said he is excited to be working with Tiwari for the first time and Nadiadwala, with whom he has worked on three previous films “Dishoom”, “Judwaa 2” and “Kalank”.

Kapoor, known for films such as “Dhadak”, “Roohi” and “Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl”, said she was happy to be part of this film.
“Joining hands with two of the best, #SajidNadiadwala and @ niteshtiwari22, I am so grateful and happy to announce the next one, #BAWAAL who will star alongside @varundvn,” he posted on Instagram.
The film is scheduled to hit the floors soon.
In addition to this film, Dhawan has two other releases in the works – “Jug Jugg Jeeyo” with the support of Karan Johar and Amar Kaushik’s directorial film “Bhediya”.
Kapoor will then appear in “Good Luck Jerry”, “Mili” produced by Boney Kapoor’s father and in Johar’s domestic productions – “Mr and Mrs Mahi” and “Dostana 2”.
