by Joe Bourn

Overseas players and their love for Bollywood never ends. In recent years we have seen many players from abroad imitate famous Bollywood lines. The Punjab Kings created a fun video where they tested the Hindi language skills of their overseas players such as Kagiso Rabada, Odean Smith, Daniel Ellis and Benny Howell.

Benny Howell, the almighty Englishman was seen saying the famous dialogue by the DDLJ (Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge), “Bade bade deshon mein aise chhoti chhoti baatein hoti rehti hain, Senorita”.

Then it was the turn of Nathan Ellis, an Australian pacifier to speak on Sahrukh Khan’s iconic dialogue, “Picture of Abhi Baaki Hai Mere Dost.” Ellis confused the superstar with his Punjab Kings teammate Shahrukh Khan.

South African speedster Kagiso Rabada was seen saying the famous dialogue of Salman Khan from the movie, “From baar joe maine commitment card di fir mai apne baap and bhi nahi sunda.”

The last of these people he tried in Hindi was Odean Smith as he tried to say the dialogue of Sunny Diol by Damini, “Taareekh pe taareekh, taareekh pe taareekh, taareekh pe taareekh. ”

All these foreign players passed the Hindi test with great success and the video sent fans into laughter.
