Gold FIRST LOOK: Zac Efron plays a slider falling on a nugget of gold in Australia in a trailer for Stan’s latest original film
The trailer for Zac Efron’s upcoming Stan Original movie, Gold, has been released.
In the preview of the long-awaited film, the Hollywood star plays a slider who stumbles upon a huge nugget of gold while exploring the Australian region.
Zac’s character and another drifter devise a plan to protect and dig up their generosity with a man leaving to secure the necessary equipment.

Jacques stays behind and endures the harsh climate of the desert, the wolves and the invaders, while battling the creeping doubt that he has been abandoned to his fate.
The film is scheduled to premiere on Australia Day (January 26).
Gold was filmed in the South Australian region last year.

Production stopped at the end of November, after Adelaide was declared a coronavirus hotspot, but resumed as soon as the lockdown was lifted.
According Inside Film, Zac starred Sam Worthington, who was originally set to star in the film.
The film will also star Australian actors Suzy Porter and Anthony Hayes.

Anthony, who also directs the film, recently said of Zac casting: “Having Zac Efron as my main husband in this film is an absolute gift and seeing what he is already creating is like nothing we have seen him before. .
