The film team Gadar 2 met Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday. The meeting was held at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Lucknow. The team was led by actor Utkarsh Sharma and Simratt Kaur. They were also accompanied by director Anil Sharma and actor Manish Wadhwa. However, Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel missed the trip.
While sharing the picture, Yogi Adityanath wrote, “Courtesy meeting with Gadar 2 director and cast at Lucknow official residence today,” in Hindi.
Gadar 2 is the sequel to the 1997 film Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. The film tells the story of Tara Singh, a Sikh man who goes to Pakistan to rescue his son who has been captured by Pakistani forces. The film is directed by Anil Sharma and produced by Zee Studios.
Gadar 2 it was a critical and commercial success. The film has received positive reviews from critics and is also a hit with audiences. The film has collected over 400 crores at the box office.
