On November 27, remembering Sandeep Unnikrishnan on the anniversary of his death, his parents and actor Adivi Sesh, who will reprise his role in the upcoming film “Major” based on the life of the late Major, visited the NSG camp in Powai, named after Sandeep Unnikrishnan.
Sandeep’s parents received an invitation from the NSG camp in Powai for a visit to honor the national hero’s memories, as they were already in Mumbai for a visit to the Taj Memorial on 26/11. Mr. and Mrs. Unnikrishnan asked Sesh to join them as he plays their son in the upcoming movie “Major”.
At Camp NSG, Sandeep Unnikrishnan’s parents and Adivi Sesh were given a tour of the area along with a discussion about training young NSG soldiers, after which officers joined the parents for lunch.
Speaking about the experience, Adivi Sesh shares, “I feel extremely blessed to have the opportunity to visit the NSG camp and spend time with the brave heroes fighting for the nation. During the film, I had the privilege of interacting with soldiers. all over the nation and learning their life stories Most importantly, I am extremely grateful to my uncle and aunt (Sandeep’s parents) who considered me worthy enough to be part of the experience.

Directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka, the movie starring Adivi Sesh, Sobhita Dhulipala, Saiee Manjrekar, Prakash Raj, Revathi and Murli Sharma will be released in Hindi, Telugu and Malayalam.
Produced by Sony Pictures Films India in collaboration with GMB Entertainment and Mahesh Babu’s A + S Movies, Major is expected to hit theaters worldwide on February 11, 2022.
