Elaborating further, director MG Srinivas said, “He (Anupam Kher) liked the script and the narration and agreed to be a part of Ghost. We will officially finalize everything next week.”
Giving a sneak peak at the role, Srinivas said, “It’s a very special role and it’s not just a guest appearance. Anupam sir will play a central character who will be with Shivarajkumar throughout. It plays an important role in driving the film towards its sequel, which we are still planning. But his role is crucial in making that connection.”
Anupam Kher is likely to join the Ghost team in March.
