In just three weeks since its release, the glamorous film spectacle ‘Crew’, starring Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kriti Sanon, has risen to a remarkable zenith at the box office. Crossing the illustrious milestone of Rs 70 crore in earnings, the film valiantly held its ground amidst a formidable array of contenders including ‘Shaitaan’, ‘Madgaon Express’, ‘Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire’, ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” and “Maidaan”. However, heralding a resurgence, Tuesday marked a revival, raking in Rs 60 lakhs, while Wednesday saw a commendable rise to Rs 84 lakhs, representing a 40% escalation from the previous day. This remarkable rise was catalyzed by the festive fervor of Ram Navami, celebrated with fervor across vast swaths of the nation. Currently, the film’s cumulative collection stands at a princely Rs 71.4 crore, all set to gracefully eclipse the Rs 75 crore mark as it completes its theatrical odyssey.

Notable is the glowing reception given to the film even across the Atlantic, where it has garnered tremendous acclaim, crossing the estimated benchmark of $3 million (equivalent to Rs 25 crore), thereby joining the pantheon of the most of triumphant Indian films with female leads.
