Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi finally get it back on the trolls. The two actors have come together for a movie called Double XL. The video of the announcement shows the two of them enjoying burgers and drinks, while talking about fat-shaming.
Huma introduces herself as Rajshri Trivedi from Meerut and Sonakshi calls herself Saira Khanna from Delhi. The video shows several flashes of other women having a good time.
The video begins with Huma asking Sonakshi how to reduce the weight they both gained for the Double XL movie. Sonakshi responds, “As we did when we first became a heroine” and adds, “Have you forgotten the time when people used to say” Huma Qureshi is too heavy to be a leader? ” Huma also asks Sonakshi: “And have you forgotten how people called you Motakshi in the comments section of every promo and video?”
Sonaxi asks Huma again: “Are we ashamed of each other?” to which the latter replies: “Why not, people consider fat a shameful matter of pride in our country.” Sonakshi asks her again, “But why? Because those who make us fat-ashamed, their sisters, girlfriends or mummies are also overweight. Don’t they have the right to dream? ” Huma replies: “They are right, comrade. That’s why it’s important to tell the story of this film. ”
Directed by Satramm Ramani, Double XL is co-produced by Huma, actor brother Saqib Saleem and others.

The viewers welcomed the film with positive reactions. One YouTuber commented: “A very good initiative to make films based on these themes, never embarrass anyone. “Because no one knows what will happen to anyone in the next few seconds.” Another said, “Nice Concept Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi will rock it.”
